Method
1. paint the ring and stick white .
2. take 2 pom pom one for head and one for the body
3. attach the tail and wings to th body using feathers
4. now add the head suing glue
5. take a small paper and make the beak and attach it to the head
6. now add the eyes
7. make 5 more and stick it to the ring as per ur choice
